"Can't say enough nice things about how we've been treated by this office. The entire office is great although I specifically ask to talk to one agent (Timberly) as I have dealt with her from the get-go a couple years ago when we switched companies. I never feel like I'm being a pain or get the idea people are rolling their eyes at me and rushing me off the phone. Had a claim and it was the smoothest experience I could have hoped for.
